Nav’s recommendations were easy to follow and pretty much exactly what I needed. It just made things feel simpler, you know?

I was able to find my way around without too much trouble, so overall it felt easy to use. The only thing is I had to poke around a bit at first to figure out where everything was. Did anyone else have the same issue?

I was looking into funding options for my business one afternoon, mostly because I’d been putting it off for weeks and had a little time between calls. Nav ended up showing me options that actually made sense for my situation instead of a bunch of random stuff I’d never qualify for. It wasn’t perfect, and I still had to poke around a bit, but it definitely saved me from spending hours searching on my own.

I was trying to figure out business credit and this made it way less confusing. It’s basically simple guides that break things down without a bunch of fancy talk. Not gonna say it explains every tiny detail, but for getting the general idea, it helped me a lot

I do like having all the credit info in one place, like i said, that part is helpful. I just wish the layout was cleaner and I didn’t have to click around so much.

I’ll admit I expected a little more access upfront, so it was a bit disappointing to find that some features are limited unless you upgrade. That said, for what I need right now, it’s still been useful and worth keeping around...

I like the idea of Nav, but the site and app have been unreliable for me. Sometimes pages just freeze out of nowhere, login can take forever, and app has crashed on me a few times right when I was trying to check something important. When it actually works, it is useful, but I don’t really feel like I can depend on it yet. Hope they fix bugs soon.

Not every lender made sense for my business though. A couple were kind of a dead end. One also took longer to get back to me than I would’ve liked, so yeah, not a totally smooth process.
Still, it saved me from filling out forms all over the internet, which I appreciated. I could compare things in one place, more or less. I’d probably use it again, just with a closer eye on the fine print.

Setting up my Nav account was easy. There were only a few steps, and nothing felt confusing or like a hassle. I usually trust my gut with this kind of thing, and it felt straightforward from the start. Worked fine for me.
