If u need help you have to know your rights and claim them at Nav.
If you are forringer they will not help you as you are not familiar with your rights. Just if you are runing from the war as a refugee then you get a help.Educated forringers but not ingeniours or medical staff struggle a lot with Nav and "help" they provide to enter working marked. If you are sick you get minimum, maybe, big maybe, to surrvive. So basicly Norway has g
just good marketing as a velfredstaren. In practicr if you are not working 100% as an ingenior or doctor, you can't provide basics to live in this extreme expencive country. So don't relay on NAV.

I was pleasantly surprised Nav knows what to offer its customers to improve the credit profile. It appears (with help from Nav) it is easy to improve ones credit scores.

"This bank is garbage"
I've opened a small business checking account with them. They didn't ask for any documents to open the account. I received 6,600$ in 3 ACH transfers sent out 1 ACH for $1,500$ my account got frozen. Then they just closed the account due to "fraud". This is a waste of time. They're refusing to let me send out the ACH "remaining balance will be sent via mail check". Now I need to wait 1 month for my check with my legit money.
Again they CLOSED the account with less than $10,000 transactions due to "fraud". Never even asked for drivers license or any docs. This bank is trash. If your business earns more than 1K use Novo or BlueVine save yourself time.

"Dropping below the lowest standard of service and product…"
A really terrible customer service and software based experience.
I got NAV after a referall from my credit cards underwriter. Since our business bank filed our llc improperly 5 years ago, we had to make up for lost time. We thought and were told that NAV was the answer and they did a bunch of services that they did not follow through on. Although the people were nice, they would hand off and hand off until your subscription is up. I got the best plan with the business funding which included all the others including boost. When I went to use those features I was told to purchase that service even though mine came with it Included. They also promised and multiple times mentioned that they make sure our business is listed with the business credit beauroughs properly. They didn’t and we had to to all the leg work. We also were constantly getting Bombarded with paid advertisers on Navs site which led us to getting personal credit cards instead of business. Instead of listing it as a personal credit account they were posed as business lines and cards and ended up on just my (CEO)s credit which we continually have to use even though our credit score has went up due to a legal team we hired outside of NAV that also mentioned the trade lines were so weak that it wasn’t even worth the time or money spent. For 6 months I tried to get them to work the loan as they had originally planned with me and when our credit was at the highest and we had worked hard to get it to a admirable state of affairs, NAV was nowhere to be found. They comped part of my second terms usage and then shut off my NAV account completely even though the date was superseded by the prorated amount. I have 8 email chains by 8 service representatives that all promised to get back with me after we had pulled all of our paper work and bank statements along with a ton of other references. They didn’t even acknowledge the email. As a professional B2B service and production house, I would not recommend NAV unless you have random marketing dollars to just throw around for write offs. No legitimate company with less then horrible services. Or no service. We got 0 out of this and would like a full refund. However now that I’m not a full member they have nothing to do with any of our messages. Sad this day companies are ripping other legit b2b and C businesses off for money they could be using to legitimize the economy and service in our country. Shame on you NAV.

"Don't waste your time"
Don't waste your time. I was contacted by the company and offer funding. I agreed to applied. I completed the application the same day of the call upload all documents requested. 2 days later D L undberg, contacted me sounding as if he was reading from a script without reviewing my application. Stating I needed to upload required documents (i.e bank statements,ect). I advised him during the call those were already uploaded. Since that day which was over 7 days ago he never reached back out with an update. I've emailed, left messages, and he responded once to my email stating he had left me a voicemail. That was NOT the truth. Overall my experience was less than unprofessional - considering I didn't contact the company for funding. They contacted me. But, to take my personal business information and not follow up with a decline or approval is very unprofessional. What is the company doing with my information? It's surely not to find funding.
